One piece of 85x45x2mm more than enough to replace pads on the front side of the VRAMs.
Capacitors on the side – marked yellow on first picture – needs 1.5mm.
The smaller one – marked blue on first picture – requires 1mm.
The backplate got some extremely height thermal pads. By looking at those size they are either 3.5mm – 4mm. They – and the rest of those not detailed here – are not necessarily have to be changed.
