According to one of our user, Gainward RTX 3070 PNY (3070 XLR8) share the exact same cooler design, so the following sizes apply to both model.
All pads are 1mm thick and approximately, you will need at least two package of 80x40mm the cover all required parts.
Picture is from Gainward, however Pad A (11) and Pad B (10) sizes look wrong. They both should be between 40x15mm – 50x15mm.
