For a full replacement you will need 1 piece of 85x45x2mm, 2 pieces of 85x45x3mm and an additional 100x100x1.5mm slice to cover all those surface on the side. If you just want to care about your VRAMs you can safely go with a classic pair of 2mm and 3mm piece of pads of the 85x45mm size.
