Official measurements on second picture came directly from MSI support after a redditor contacted them.
It’s fairly easy to replace thermal pads on the front of the VRAMs but it seems tricky on the back. Like you can see on second attached picture there is a heatsink piece running through the VRAMs, separating them into two pieces with two different thickness. You can either get 1.5 and 2.5mm thicknesses to get it match by the factory pads or you can try with a 3mm and 2mm piece so they push up with the same amount.
Unfortunately an 85x45x2mm and an 85x45x3mm piece just not enough to cover both side of the VRAMs like on most RTX 3080 / 3090 cards.
