There are 8 GDDR6 modules and each is roughly 12x14mm. You will need about 1344 square millimeters of thermal pad coverage, so you can safely cut them out from a 85x45x1.5mm slice.
For the rest of the PCB you may need additional pieces.
The backplate requires a thickness of 2mm.
