SMT-01 Conductive Gasket
The SMT Gasket is a flexible conductive contact terminal designed for EMI shielding, grounding, and electrical connections on PCBs via reflow soldering. Its unique elastic silicone core ensures superior performance in demanding applications.
In electrical and electronic devices, it serves as an EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) countermeasure to reduce unwanted electromagnetic interference (EMI) and noise. It is a grounding terminal that can be used in PCB soldering (PCD GroundingTerminal).
The SMT Gasket is suitable for high-speed surface mounting and offers excellent electrical conductivity, heat resistance,and grounding characteristics. It provides outstanding durability and reliability as a conductive elastic terminal for PCB grounding. Additionally, it has excellent shock-absorbing properties, protecting internal components from impact or drops.

* SMT Gasket is used for EMI shielding and grounding by attaching it to the PCB of the LCD module. Several pieces of SMT Gasket are used on PCB to maximize EMI shielding and grounding effectiveness. Their positions on PCB are reflected in the PCB circuit design phase.

Touch Sensor Gasket / Touch Switch Gasket
* The touch sensor gasket (touch switch gasket) functions as an electrode connecting the display panel and PCB using the electrostatic touch input method. It is suitable for touch switches of home appliances and industrial devices.
* SMT EMI gasket is installed with automatic surface mounting, while the current spring contact and touch rod method require manual soldering.
* Economic if it replaces an expensive touch grid method.
